Engineering & Production
We feel proud to continue to manufacture our waterslides in the USA. Once The Top Five sales documents are received, your order will be released to engineering and then production.
First, our engineers will focus on preparing our standard submittal drawings, which include the specifications most commonly required by local inspectors. All slides produced by USA Slide are ASTM compliant. Some localities may require additional specifications and/or a Professional Engineering (PE) Seal for your state. If the PE seal is part of USA Slide’s agreed scope of work, we will send you a set of sealed submittal drawings for your architect and/or local inspectors to review and approve. Once we receive the approved drawings back from you, our engineers will work on fabrication drawings, which will be then released to production. Our production department endeavors to find and maintain a reliable supply chain that helps us build your product as quickly as possible. Our standard lead time is 6 weeks from the day all Top Five sales documents are received. Please note that our peak season every year extends from February until July. We encourage you to place your order as early as possible; preferably, during the fall of the year preceding the intended opening date of the waterslide. This will help you secure a place in our production pipeline.
