a. Asking & answering all the right questions: This is the one of the most important steps in the process laying out the foundation for a successful investment in your waterslide. We will focus on gathering accurate information from you regarding job site conditions, slide layouts, footprints available, installation, budget constraints, intended capacity of the facility, and other crucial items including the scope of work and the attributes and characteristics of our products. We may also require soil reports and other additional information about site conditions.
To get started, help us complete a basic Job Site Conditions Action Sheet, which is the single most important document in the Pre-sale stage.
b. Choosing the Right Model: Once we receive the information detailed above, we will contact you with one or several possible waterslide models that fit your needs including pricing information and basic specifications. At this time, our sales and engineering department will work diligently at presenting you with designs that are fun, safe, and functional. We will discuss with you the benefits that each model has to offer. At the end of this step, you will select a preliminary layout.
